I had a quick in and out stay at Best Western and it was fantastic. The staff were great by recommending a great restaurant within walking distance for dinner. They also gave me valuable advice about getting to the rental car office for the next part of my trip. Plus, the breakfast buffet had the most delicious hot chocolate I've ever had. I highly recommend this hotel.

Convenient location near train station and tram stops. Welcoming reception area with comfortable armchairs. Roomy elevator and well-lit rooms. Stylish furniture and drapery. Complimentary water in minibar. English TV available. Ample hanging space and large towels.

We were extremely impressed with this hotel. The location was fantastic, right across from the train station and within walking distance to all the main attractions. It was incredibly convenient for exploring the city. The service was top-notch, with the staff being incredibly helpful and friendly. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The rooms were beautifully decorated and well-appointed. The beds were cozy and the bathrooms were luxurious. We especially loved the spa and fitness center, which provided a great opportunity to relax and unwind after a day of exploring.
We can't recommend this hotel enough.

The location of the hotel is perfect, as it is conveniently situated just opposite the train station. It is also near Porta Nuova station, allowing for easy access to the city center. The rooms are spacious and modern, with comfortable beds and large bathrooms. The staff goes above and beyond in terms of hospitality, providing helpful suggestions and even loaning out umbrellas. The breakfast buffet is delicious, and there are nearby options for coffee and casual dining.
The noise from the streetcars may be a slight inconvenience for light sleepers.
